All purchases made from Hey You Designs are subjected to the following terms
My turn around time for all products is 14-21 business days not counting shipping, unless otherwise stated. I do try to get things done before that but it just depends on when my supplies come in.
I do not accept returms or exchanges unless its a mistake on my end. If there happens to be a mistake you have 3 business days from delivery to contact me. If the item is damaged you have 3 business days from delivery to contact me and send proof of damage.
Please make sure when you order your address is correct. I am not resposible if package is sent back due to incorrect address, or if it is sent to wrong address because you didnt update your address to the correct one. If package is returned you will have to repay for shipping to be sent to right address.
